Near the annexes, pergolas have been thoughtfully equipped for convivial gatherings and, when the group is large, for ensuring more intimate and private moments of relaxation. The large non-heated swimming pool is one of the highlights of the estate. Set within a dedicated area of the garden that opens onto a sweeping panoramic view of the surrounding hills, the pool is easily reached from both the annexes and the main house, which is approximately 30 metres away, via a short path in natural stone. The rectangular pool measures 7 by 14 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.80 metres, and is lined in sand-coloured PVC with an elegant travertine border. The pool features chlorine purification and internal steps for safe and comfortable access to the water. Surrounding the pool is a generous sunbathing area in porphyry stone that extends to a soft lawn equipped with comfortable sunbeds and 2 shady gazebos. An outdoor cold-water shower and external lighting complete the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Unit Layout
Podere Collelungo is configured to accommodate up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed between a main house and 2 independent annexes, each with its own entrance and located just a few metres from one another. This thoughtful layout allows large groups to share communal spaces while still enjoying a degree of privacy.
The main house is spread across 2 floors connected externally by a staircase on one side of the building. On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a kitchen, from which 2 steps rise to a large open-plan living area composed of a sitting room with sofas, a television, and a fireplace, a dining room, and a reading room, all connected to the garden through numerous French windows. The ground floor also includes a laundry room, a bathroom suitable for guests with disabilities, and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, a living room and kitchen are complemented by 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds, served by a bathroom with a hydromassage tub and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Annex 1 is arranged on a single floor and comprises a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and 1 twin bedroom with joinable beds served by a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Annex 2 is situated adjacent to Annex 1 and features a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, 1 double bedroom with joinable beds served by a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, which is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Podere Collelungo has been subjected to a thorough check-up by a designated technical supervisor prior to the beginning of each season. This inspection is carried out to verify the consistency of the property description, the condition and functionality of all listed accessories, and to guarantee the quality, cleanliness, and comfort expected by all guests during their stay.
Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of 2 animals permitted. Acceptance of animals must be previously authorized by the owner, who requires prior communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed.
