Lined in grey PVC, the pool is accessible via submerged steps on one of its short sides and is purified using a glass wool system with ultra-modern UV lamps for sterilisation combined with a moderate use of chlorine. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with 2 gazebos, sunbeds, small tables, armchairs, and a solar shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. A short distance from the gazebo, the back garden features a brick structure housing a wood oven and barbecue, alongside a loggia with a ping pong table. A few steps up from here, guests will find the private enclosed tennis court coated in PVC resin and of regulation size, adjacent to an elegant veranda with opening glass walls and an outdoor hydromassage tub with chromotherapy, accommodating up to six people at a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. Two bathrooms and two showers are available for use in connection with the tennis court, and tennis racquets and balls are made available to guests. Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. It is located on a panoramic position, perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green woods of oak and holm-oak. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.
The hamlet has been restored preserving its original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Even the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in respect of rural traditions.
Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
Only 2.5 km away is the village of Palazzo del Pero where you will find a couple of restaurants and some shops.

Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.
