Lined in PVC and bordered by terracotta paving, it features chlorine purification and a metal ladder for water access. Spread across the surrounding lawn are umbrellas, tables, chairs, sunbeds, and 3 gazebos with comfortable seating areas, as well as a cold-water shower. A changing room and 2 bathrooms with shower are also available in the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please be aware that the garden photographs were taken in spring, so the appearance of flowers and lawn colours may vary at the time of your arrival.

On the second floor, 2 twin bedrooms each offer 2 queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub. A double bedroom on this floor also benefits from an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bedroom with joinable beds share a bathroom with a bathtub. The laundry room is housed in a separate outside room with independent access located at the side of the villa.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. The stone farmhouse and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, farmers and chestnut growers, the atmosphere alone will immediately take you back to those times.

Borgo di Usciano can be reached by an unpaved road through the woods of about 1.5 km, which is well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.

Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.
