Situated outside the resort area and approximately 3 km from the centre of Les Cases d'Alcanar in the municipality of Ulldecona, this property offers a peaceful and elevated retreat with sweeping surroundings and convenient access to the Costa Daurada coastline. The house accommodates guests looking for a private and well-equipped base from which to explore the natural beauty and cultural richness of southern Catalonia. A private swimming pool measuring 17 x 7 metres is available for guests' exclusive use, with seasonal availability running from 27 March to 30 October, and features an internal staircase for easy access. The generous yard surrounding the property provides ample open-air space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay. A public parking area is conveniently located on the road, making arrival and departure straightforward. A tennis court is available within 2 km of the property, offering additional recreational options for sports enthusiasts. Please be aware that a cement factory is located approximately 400 m to the southwest of the house.

Groups of teenagers are accepted on request only and must be arranged in advance with the property management.
