The property has been subject to a check carried out by one of the technical managers to ensure the correspondence of the description, the accessories listed, and their state of operation and maintenance. Spread across 2 floors, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests and is surrounded by a large, meticulously landscaped garden offering panoramic views of the Tuscan hills stretching toward Lucca. A stunning non-heated swimming pool crowns the upper garden, while the expansive yard, lush with Mediterranean plantings, provides a serene and picturesque setting for outdoor living. Covered parking is available on the property, shaded by chestnut, olive, and cypress trees, and high-speed internet Wi-Fi ensures guests remain connected throughout their stay.

The non-heated pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 6 x 12 meters with a depth varying from 0.90 to 2.30 meters, finished in sand-colored PVC and accessible via a steel staircase. It features a salt purification system as well as both indoor and outdoor lighting. The surrounding solarium area is paved with wood and shaded by a large patio furnished with tables and benches, offering a refined space for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. After the entrance gate, a covered car park shaded by chestnut, olive, and cypress trees provides convenient and sheltered parking for guests. Please be aware that access to the villa involves crossing a village with a narrow passage not suitable for vehicles wider than 2 meters (6.5 feet). As photo shoots are generally carried out in spring, the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and parks may appear different upon arrival depending on the season.
