This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.

The garden, covering approximately 3,000 square meters, is fully fenced and features areas of natural grass that gently follow the natural contours of the land, particularly in its more secluded areas. A stone driveway lined with cypress trees leads elegantly to the villa and the on-site parking area, setting a striking first impression upon arrival. The non-heated swimming pool is positioned on a raised level along the driveway, beside a row of olive trees, and is rectangular in shape, measuring 12 x 6 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 1.50 metres. The pool is finished with PVC lining, purified using a salt system, and features internal lighting for evening ambiance, with access provided via a Roman staircase. The surrounding solarium area combines porcelain stoneware paving with sections of lawn, and is fully equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, and a seating area, as well as an outdoor shower with cold water. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Adjacent to Unit 1, a gazebo houses a dedicated dining area and a built-in barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals. A second gazebo, equipped with a table, chairs, and a gas barbecue, is situated beyond a hedge and connects naturally with the living area of Unit 2, ensuring that both units enjoy their own distinct outdoor entertaining space. From these areas, guests can enjoy sweeping views across the garden and the surrounding hills.
