There are a total of 4 villas on the shores of lake Haapijärvi (other properties 16679, 16695 & 16696), and they are all similar, with possible minor differences in equipment. However, the villas are situated so that each has its own beach and private yard.
On the ground floor of the main building, there is a large open-plan living room/kitchen area with a high ceiling. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there is plenty of space for a larger group to dine together. Two bedrooms, each with two beds (size 80 x 200 cm). In addition, there is an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC.
The upper floor has a low but spacious loft with three beds at each end (a total of 6 beds, size 80 x 200 cm each). Please note that the villa is rented for a maximum of 8 people.
There is a separate entrance with a vestibule. Access to the terrace from the living room/kitchen. The terrace has an L-shaped design and is entirely under a roof. On the terrace, you can find a dining area and a gas grill.
On the beach, there is a separate sauna building with a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area, and a loft. Terrace facing the lake. If needed, you can sleep in the loft of the sauna building (note the steep ladder). The living area has a sink and a workspace.

Valkjärvi 2 is a lovely small round log cabin perfect, for example, for couples seeking a peaceful getaway. Next to the cabin, there is a bridge and duckboards leading to a small island, where you'll find a campfire site. The island may occasionally have other visitors.
Note due to the water level, the island's girder/bridge is not yet available - the island can be reached by rowing a boat. Use of extension trees / bridge at your own risk.
