As the elevator is not managed by the villa management, any inconvenience related to its operation cannot be attributed to them. For those who prefer a more scenic approach, a 10-minute walk including 190 steps remains a perfectly enjoyable alternative.
Check-in takes place on Saturdays from 16:00 to 20:00 during high season, and at 16:00 during low season, including on weekdays. Check-out is required by 10:00 am in all seasons. A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 Euro is required prior to check-in via pre-authorization on a credit card and will be returned in full at the end of the stay provided no damage to the property has occurred. Upon arrival, an additional deposit of 2,000 Euro is required to be paid exclusively in cash to the manager or butler of the building, to cover food, drinks, and any other services not included in the contract. Should the final expense account exceed this amount, the difference will be requested from the guest; should it be less, the remainder will be promptly reimbursed.
