Nestled in the heart of the Finnish archipelago, this charming wooden holiday rental is located in Sauvo, Finland, approximately 55 kilometres south of Turku. Built in 1989 and thoughtfully renovated in 2016, the property offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests across multiple well-appointed rooms. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, a bedroom with 2 beds, a sauna, a washroom with 2 showers, and a toilet. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, as well as 1 additional bedroom of 40 square metres with 4 beds, along with a second toilet. Please note that the house does not have a fireplace. Climate comfort is ensured year-round through an air source heat pump. For guests travelling by electric vehicle, an EV Charging Station is available on site in the form of a Type 2 charging point with a charging power of 5.5 kW, bookable and payable at the time of reservation, with the cost of charging electricity settled directly with the owner on arrival.

The property boasts an impressive terrace of 90 square metres, offering ample space for outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining. A gas grill is available for your use, making the terrace an ideal setting for summer gatherings. A wood-fired hot tub is also available for an additional fee, including firewood, and must be booked at least one week before the start of your reservation by selecting the dedicated hot tub additional service at the time of booking. The hot tub is heated by guests themselves. The resort sits just 200 metres from the Archipelago and Peimari waterway, which is 1 kilometre wide, and guests have shared access to a beach, a pier, and a rowing boat. The beach features both shallow and deeper areas with a gravel and clay bottom, making it suitable for a variety of water activities. Please be aware that the rowing boat is raised at the end of October, subject to weather conditions. A separate lakeside sauna is also available for shared use with guests of 3 other rental cottages on the property. This lakeside sauna is included in the accommodation price, must be reserved on site, and is heated by the guests themselves. It cannot be used during the winter months. The resort offers good fishing opportunities directly from the surrounding area, though net fishing is not permitted.
Other Information
Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price and covers basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces. It does not include dishwashing, returning table and cookware to their original places, or garbage removal. Before departure, guests are required to remove all empty bottles and cans from the property, return any moved furniture to its original position, and either take away any remaining food or dispose of it at the designated waste disposal point. The maximum occupancy of 10 people must not be exceeded at any time, even temporarily, in accordance with the booking conditions. During the summer season from June to August, reservations begin at 18:00 and end at 12:00. Outside of this period, reservations begin at 16:00 and end at 12:00. The Midsummer starting date is 20 June. Please note that between 1 June and 31 August annually, the booking start date cannot be a Saturday. Should a reservation be accidentally made from a Saturday, guests are kindly asked to contact the sales service to arrange an alternative changeover day.
