The rental includes final cleaning, weekly cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms for 3 hours, bed linen with weekly change, bath towels with midweek change, pool towels with midweek change, table linen, water consumption, kitchen gas consumption, and a welcome basket with breakfast items. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the local municipality.
