The farmhouse is surrounded by an expansive 2,000 square metre park, predominantly laid with lawn and enclosed by a mixed-hedge perimeter, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion. A swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests completes the outdoor offering, while high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity ensures you remain connected throughout your stay. A private parking area accommodating up to 6 vehicles is conveniently located on the property, accessible via a short drive from the entrance gate. From virtually every vantage point, the villa frames a breathtaking panorama of gently undulating green hills dotted with vineyards and olive groves, with the unmistakable silhouette of Siena rising on the horizon.

The outdoor spaces of Finestra su Siena are thoughtfully designed to invite relaxation and al fresco living in equal measure. The 2,000 square metre park surrounding the farmhouse is predominantly covered in lawn and bordered along its perimeter by a mixed hedge that ensures both privacy and a natural aesthetic. A pergola furnished with a table and chairs is positioned just outside the kitchen French window and adjacent to the pool area, creating an ideal setting for outdoor dining and leisurely gatherings in the shade. The swimming pool, reserved exclusively for the use of guests, is rectangular in shape and lined internally with PVC. It measures 5 by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 metres, and features submerged steps for easy entry. The pool is non-heated and is equipped with a chlorine filtration system. A dedicated sunbathing area surrounds the pool, furnished with loungers and umbrellas, and a discreet hedge borders the sides to enhance the sense of intimacy. The pool is accessible from the farmhouse entrances by walking just a few steps across the lawn and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Finestra su Siena is configured across four distinct levels, offering a generous and well-articulated interior layout that comfortably accommodates a maximum of 16 guests across 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a large French window opens into a spacious living area complete with a sofa and dining table. This central space connects to 2 double bedrooms, each with direct access to the outside via a French window, which share a bathroom with shower. The ground floor also features a sitting room that connects to the kitchen and to an additional double bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A further bathroom with shower, accessible from the kitchen, serves this level.
