A welcoming service is provided for key collection and explanation of the villas, though multiple welcoming services for the same group cannot be granted. The property is accessed via 3 kilometers of gravel road, which is in good condition but sometimes steep with small stones typical of country roads, making them unsuitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars. It is strongly suggested that guests have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra, though sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for the estate's white gravel roads. You are welcome to explore the estate on foot or by bike, and should you wish to move around by car, you may request a transfer within the estate through your concierge. Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are permitted to access the estate. A Concierge Service is available from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm and remains available for emergencies outside these hours. Extra services and activities must be booked in advance as availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute bookings. All services provided to guests during their stay can only be arranged by or through the restaurant or Tenuta Umbra. Minimum stay required is 7 nights Saturday to Saturday, except for last-minute requests. Short stays and daily rates are available on request in other seasons.
