Adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the garden, a charming porch with 2 ceiling fans offers a tranquil setting for breakfast and lunch, embraced by the scents of the Tuscan countryside. Next to the porch, a pizza oven and a modern barbecue invite you to prepare and enjoy your meals in complete relaxation. A well-equipped play area for children, ping-pong, and table football are also available within the park, ensuring entertainment for guests of all ages. A large outdoor living area with elegant armchairs is positioned in the shade of centuries-old pine trees, creating an inviting space for rest and conversation. To the left of the main entrance, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access from the sitting room is available, alongside a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom suitable for disabled guests, featuring a French window with a ramp for direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, accessible from outside, is the laundry area and the area housing the pizza oven. An internal sandstone staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, and 2 bathrooms with showers. All rooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning.
