The property can accommodate up to eight people comfortably in four bedrooms with two bathrooms. If you'd like to visit the beautiful Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea (3 km 2 mi).
The property is located in a farm which produces and sells different kind of products, also, nearby, there is a private street to get to the owner's house. However, very few people go around there and, even though the garden of the property is not fenced, it is surrounded by hedges and trees.

For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. There is a kitchen including coffee machine and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
