The outdoor dining area, furnished with a table, is positioned under a portico adjacent to the swimming pool and a traditional brick barbecue, creating an ideal setting for al fresco meals. The non-heated swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, approximately 2 metres away, and offers a spectacular panoramic view of Viareggio and its blue sea. Rectangular in shape and measuring 3.5 x 7 metres with a constant depth of 1.15 metres, the pool is lined in sky-blue soft PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and large steps for easy water access. A terracotta-paved solarium area surrounds the pool and is furnished with sunbeds shaded by 2 umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden's grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
