The house is 1 km from the beach.
The sea and the promenade can be reached both by car and on foot, following the main street. On foot, also through a shorter walking path in the countryside (10 minutes walk).

The apartment is in a very quiet and panoramic location, at the beginning of the road that leads to the Mesco, just over the old town of Levanto.
It's slightly set on a hill, in the green of the olive trees.
By car, it takes just a couple of minutes to get the beach.
You can reach the main beach “Bagni Casinò” with a walk: it is about 1 km from the house (15 minutes on foot).
