Villa Binetti has undergone a thorough inspection carried out by a technical manager to verify that the property description, listed accessories, and their operational and maintenance condition correspond accurately to what is presented. The property is accessed from the road via a gravel driveway, with pedestrian entry through a gate and 2 flights of stone stairs, one leading to the main entrance and the other to the outdoor terrace. Guests travelling with pets should be aware that a mandatory additional cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week. A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per day applies for the first 5 days of the stay; children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property.
