Guests benefit from access to a shared kidney-shaped swimming pool measuring 14 x 5 metres, with a depth ranging from 140 to 180 cm, available seasonally from 1 June to 30 September, with pool opening hours from 09:00 to 21:00. Please be aware that prior to arrival, it is obligatory to send via email the names, surnames, and ages of all occupants for pool control purposes. The property also provides Internet Wifi, ensuring guests remain connected throughout their stay.

The property does not have a lift, and given the steep motor access and the 36-step path leading to the house, a car is strongly recommended for the duration of the stay. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and as such, quietness and good behaviour are expected from all guests at all times. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups.
