The acceptance of animals is not guaranteed without this prior approval. The swimming pool is open from the first Saturday in May until the first Saturday in October. The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
