In the basement there are two more bedrooms with a bathroom and a large lounge. The approximately 1-acre private garden with green lawns is surrounded with plants and trees. The heated pool can be reached directly via a small footpath from the terrace of the villa. An incomparable view of the city Ostuni characterizes this villa.
