The owner will guide you in using the hot tub and will charge a usage fee on site (1-3 days € 150 and 4-7 days € 200 in 2025). The hot tub is oil heated and automated. The thermostat keeps the water evenly warm.

There are walking paths to the center, and the distance is only 800 m by foot or 1.5 km by car. The apartment has a spacious parking area that can accommodate up to three cars.

430 km to the northwest from Rovaniemi, 170 km from Enontekiö municipality center, 50 m to the Kilpisjärvi shoreline, no own beach.
