The charming flowered garden of 500 square metres features a generous lawn area that wraps around the house, creating a tranquil and welcoming outdoor environment. 2 benches, sunbeds, and a hammock are thoughtfully arranged throughout the garden, offering ideal spots to unwind in complete serenity. In front of the French windows of the kitchen, a gazebo-covered outdoor dining area is furnished with a table and garden chairs, while a gas barbecue positioned just a few steps away adds to the al fresco experience. It is worth noting that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of arrival. The non-heated swimming pool, sited on a lower level relative to the house and oriented to the south, is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It features an attractive kidney shape and measures 11 x 7.3 metres, with a minimum diameter of 4.80 metres near the ladder. The depth ranges from 1.10 metres to 1.80 metres, and the pool is lined in PVC with salt purification. Entry to the water is via Roman steps equipped with hydromassage vents.
