Really good sized villa with a lovely pool and garden area. All bedrooms are doubles and 3 out of 4 have en suite. The only one without en-suite actually has the bathroom next door.
Downstairs is open plan with defined areas for kitchen, dining room and lounge. The veranda area is accessed via a bi fold door from the kitchen. It is a really good layout, being summer when I was there we hardly used the lounge as we were always outside.
Both upstairs bedrooms have private balconies with good views.
It is walking distance to supermarkets and you can walk into Calpe town but it will take a good 20 to 30 minutes. I preferred to drive, especially during the summer as it was so hot.
It would appear that all the villas in that area were rentals, most seemed to be quite short term and over the 2 weeks I was there we had a number of very noisy neighbours blaring out a mixture of Spanish techno and French rap at all hours of the night and morning. The good thing was they only seemed to be there for 3 nights each time.
You have to expect some noise though as you are in a rental area.
I would definitely stay here again though as I really liked the villa and would recommend it

The house is perfect for a holiday for grown-ups as the pool is rather small. Bedrooms are very nice and quite apart from each other. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works. The house feels larger than it is. The location is also superb, Siena and Firenze are not far away, not to mention Cortona.

Very nice house and stay!!! The pool is excellent. It was very warm with 37 degrees daily the house inside went warm as well. The ventilators were a help in the night (no airco). The kitchen has all the basic things. Bathrooms are good. Everything is clean. At night, deer will look for diner in the fields and you can spot them from the terrace.
Super place to go biking (strade bianchi all over the place) and go to Volterra and other places.

Pictures don’t do your property Justice. This property was phenomenal. We have just returned from a holiday with our children, there were four adults and three teenagers. The property is spacious, extremely clean and very well presented. The hosts looked after us really well, and we were so comfortable staying there. Supermarket and other shops very close by and the beautiful town of Ostuni is a must visit, especially in the evening for a relaxed meal.
