Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich clean. Bettwäsche feucht.Appartmentnr. standen nicht an den Türen. Hs.Nr. war falsch angegeben.Nicht Benutzerfreundlich war auch, daß der Schlüssel in der Innenstadt abzuholen war, bei sehr starkem Verkehr und kein parkplatz vor der Agentgur. In der Wohnung lagen keinerlei Informationen z.B. über Benutzung des Kombiofens und der Müll.Trennung - Entsorgung. usw.

Das Haus und Umgebung sind wunderbar. Die Eigentümer sind spitze. Es haperts mit Sanitäranlagen: obern die WC ist defekt, unten Duschenabfluss war verstopft.

Schöne Wohnung mit großer Wohnküche, inkl, Kamin. Brennholz wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, allerdings ist ein ständiger Rauchgeruch zu bemerken, welcher vor allem Morgens präsent war. Dieser verzog sich allerdings nach einer Lüftung.
Getrenntes Badezimmer und Toilette ist vor allem bei bis zu 8 Personen von Vorteil, allerdings könnte bei voller Belegung der Küchentisch sehr eng werden.
Leider war eine Verbindung mit dem Internet (WLAN) kaum bis nicht möglich. Eine Verbindung mit dem Router war lediglich auf der Toilette und zum Teil im Flur möglich. Mehr als 1,5 mb/s konnten wir nicht erreichen. Da das Signal nicht bis in die Wohnküche reichte leider UNBRAUCHBAR. Mobile Daten sind hier empfehlenswert und deutlich schneller.
Für einen Urlaub mit Freunden und Familie ist eine gewisse Zeit "offline" ja aber auch nicht verkehrt ;-)Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Marvellous view on the town of Levanto, on the surrounding hills, and on the sea and the beach. The large balcony is in the shadow for the greater part of the day. The house has all facilities that you’ll need for a pleasant stay, incl. nice water temperature and a washing machine. The shower cabin is a bit small but functions very well.
Walking up the hill from the town/beach to the house is only about 15 minutes. Average condition required. A few stairs lead from the private parking down to the house. If you walk these by night, use a flashlight.
For supermarket shopping in the town centre, a car ride is recommended.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Umgebung! Das Haus ist sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sehr groß! Durch die Nähe zu Volterra, San Gimignano und Florenz lassen sich Ausflüge einfach organisieren. Vielen Dank Maria für die Gastfreundschaft!
