Fijne plek om te verblijven. Wij waren met z'n tweeën. Meer personen kan ook makkelijk. Genoeg ruimte. Pannen zijn erg aftands. WiFi is redelijk. In thy le Bauduin is geen winkel van betekenis. In huis is geen info beschikbaar over winkels en goede restaurants in de omgeving. Geen info ook over attracties, markten of dergelijke. Geen info over fiets en wandelroutes. Gelukkig werkt het fietsknooppunt app erg goed in combinatie met bewegwijzering. Gastvrijheid van eigenaars is goed. Wij konden onze elektrische auto ook opladen.

beautiful setting , great views of the Tuscan country side , peaceful and charming . the owner made extra efforts to make us confortable and was always available to help or advise us about our surroundings .. all of us in the house had a dreamlike experience .
the place is well maintained with love and care and all the people we met all around were helpful and lovely .. a memorable stay !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Rouge Borne. L’accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux, la maison est confortable, joliment aménagée et décorée. L’environnement est très calme et les paysages alentour magnifiques.

Nous avons loué un logement de 8 personnes mais nous étions 6 ce qui est la bonne configuration. Le logement est très bien agencé, l’environnement très joli et super bien situé. Par contre l’équipement est minimaliste, de pas très bonne qualité donc un peu vétuste, cela manque de renouvellement. il manquait beaucoup de choses par rapport à l’inventaire en terme de vaisselle que l’on doit déclarer (ils ne semblent pas vérifier). Néanmoins l’accueil est plutôt bon et tout a été remplacé et complèté rapidement.
La piscine a eu un problème pendant notre séjour et n’a pu être utilisé.
En synthèse cela pourrait être top et au vu du prix on sent attendra donc un peu déçu du décalage.

Posizione tranquilla, silenziosa a pochi minuti in macchina dalla spiaggia e da Pietrasanta. Proprietari cordiali, disponibili, simpatici. Ottima la casa e le pulizie. Siamo stati moto soddisfatti.
