Sehr schönes Haus mit einer sehr guten Lage. Sehr netter Eigentümer, der sich bspw. täglich um den Pool kümmert. Perugia, Arezzo, LaViala, Assisi - nur um einige Möglichkeiten zu nennen - kein Problem. Nach Perugia kann man auch mit dem Zug fahren. Das wunderschöne Cortona liegt in der Nähe. Tischfußball, Tischtennis und eine Schaukel für Kinder runden die Sache ab.

Cleaning and maintenance are below standard. The house itself is good in the basis. The swimming pool and restaurant are only open in July and august. The reception is strictly French speaking, but helpful.
There is not much to do in this area.
