The apartment is situated in a prime location, essentially on the beach and with full sea view. All necessary amenities are present. Furnishing is basic and older, but this is more than outweight by the beauty of the place.

Goede service. Mooi zwembad. Pand is gedateerd maar wel goed schoon.
We kregen eerst een achterstallig appartement. Kapotte airco, kapotte vaatwasser en te kort aan inventaris. Na een paar dagen een ander appartement gekregen. Ook gedateerd maar alles deed het. Keukengerei is zeer minimaal.
Verwacht geen luxe. Airco moet je apart voor betalen.
Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche in der kleinen Hütte mitten im Nirgendwo. Trotz vorwiegend schlechtem Wetter haben wir die Ruhe und traumhaft schöne Umgebung mit dem großen Wasserfall direkt hinter der Hütte sehr genossen. Man kann es sich am Kamin gemütlich machen oder in Regensachen ( Gummistiefel sehr empfehlenswert!!) die Gegend um die Hütte erkunden. Wenn man den Wasserfall mit seinen mehreren Stufen bis oben hochwandert entdeckt man noch einen andere Hütte, in der zu dieser Zeit aber keinen Bewohner waren. Ansonsten bleibt man, außer zum einkaufen oder für einen Ausflug, ganz alleine. Ein Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen!
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a really nice week in the little hut in the middle of nowhere. Despite mostly bad weather, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings with the large waterfall right behind the hut. You can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace or explore the area around the hut in rain gear (rubber boots highly recommended!). If you hike up the waterfall with its several steps to the top you will discover another hut, which at that time was not inhabited. Otherwise you are all alone, except for shopping or an excursion. A place to relax!

Ein sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mitten in den Bergen der Toskana. Genau das richtige für Gäste die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Die Besitzer wohnen nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, sind freundlich und stets hilfsbereit falls Probleme anstehen sollten. Der Pool wird täglich von Ihnen gereinigt und die Wasserqualität ist sehr gut. Ein schöner alter Backofen befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und darf natürlich von den Urlaubsgästen genutzt werden. Brennholz steht kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist allerdings etwas kritisch, da es sich hier um keine befestigte Straße, sondern eher einem stark abschüssigen Waldweg handelt. Für Pkws mit geringer Bodenfreiheit und großem Wenderadius eher nicht oder nur bedingt befahrbar. Das Wenden vor dem Grundstück ist für größere Fahrzeuge problematisch.
Außerdem ist der dann zurückzulegende Weg mit Gepäck etwas schwierig, da man nur über zwei alte und sehr steile Steintreppen zum Hauseingang gelangt.
Das angebotene WLAN ist zwar vorhanden, allerdings nur schwach, nur in einem Raum und im Gartenbereich.
Alles in allem jedoch, hat uns dieser Urlaub in "Il Molino" trotz der für uns geringen Kritikpunkte, sehr gut gefallen und können das Haus und die freundlichen Vermieter nur empfehlen.
Weiterhin ist unbedingt anzumerken, daß die Mitarbeiter von "Easy Reserve" vor Ort immer gut erreichbar und schon vor Antritt der Reise sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A very nice and quiet holiday home in the middle of the mountains of Tuscany. Just the thing for guests who are looking for peace and seclusion. The owners live only about 5 minutes away, are friendly and always helpful if problems arise. The pool is cleaned daily by them and the water quality is very good. A beautiful old oven is located on the property and can of course be used by holiday guests. Firewood is available free of charge.
The access to the holiday home is a bit critical, however, as it is not a paved road, but rather a steeply sloping forest path. For cars with little ground clearance and a large turning radius, it is not or only partially passable. Turning in front of the property is problematic for larger vehicles.
In addition, the path to be covered with luggage is a bit difficult, as you can only get to the house entrance via two old and very steep stone stairs.
The offered WLAN is available, but only weak, only in one room and in the garden area.
All in all, however, we really enjoyed our holiday in "Il Molino", despite the minor criticisms for us, and can only recommend the house and the friendly landlord.
It is also important to note that the "Easy Reserve" staff on site were always easy to reach and were very friendly and helpful even before the start of the trip.

The house and pool were superb. The facilities were outstanding and this is one of the most comfortable houses we have stayed in. The view from the property is unrivalled and we were thoroughly relaxed and rested and didn't want to leave at the end!
Antonia and Andrea were thoughtful and helpful hosts and thank you for the delicious tiramisu. We would love to come back. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Heerlijk huisje met prachtige tuin! Inrichting binnen is basic en vooral de tuin is goed voorzien van tuinmeubilair, fijn zwembad, parasols en ligstoelen. Het uitzicht is fenomenaal. Laura is ten allen tijde te bereiken bij vragen. De omgeving is zeer rustig en mooi. Leuke dorpjes in de buurt met fijne restaurants en mooie dorpskernen. We hebben het heerlijk gehad!

The interior is basic and especially the garden is well equipped with garden furniture, a nice swimming pool, parasols and deck chairs. The view is phenomenal. Laura can be reached at all times if you have any questions. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Nice villages in the area with fine restaurants and beautiful village centers. We had a great time!

Villa très accueillante, ambiance de vacances. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. C'était vraiment un excellent moment.
Un petit bémol : nous comprenons la présence du jardinier pour entretenir cette superbe propriété mais une moyenne de 3 heures par jour, c'est beaucoup !

Een comfortabel huis met alle basisbenodigdheden. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Twee grote terrassen met zicht op de baai van Rabac. De ligging is fantastisch voor vakantiegangers die een goede vertrekbasis willen voor fiets en wandeltochten en leuke uitStappen. Cres, Pula en de kusten van Istrië. Mooie baaien, zeer bereikbaar in Duga Luca. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Ideaal om met max 3 families te verblijven. Heel rustig maar entertainment makkelijk te vinden in Rabac. Labin vlakbij is een leuke surplus.

The location is fantastic for holidaymakers who want a good base for cycling and walking tours and fun excursions. Cres, Pula and the coasts of Istria. Beautiful bays, very accessible in Duga Luca. We enjoyed our stay. Ideal to stay with max 3 families. Very quiet but entertainment easy to find in Rabac. Labin nearby is a nice extra.
