Non avons été très bien logé et accueillis dans la résidence Nemea. Une petite salle de sport était ouverte , possibilité d emprunter des appareils comme celui pour une raclette... qui était bien apprécié après une journée bien venteuse . La forêt, la mer accessible à pieds...idéal pour un séjour détente et nature.

merveilleux séjour dans ce petit havre de paix. Propriétaire discret et dispo si besoin. Randonnées proches et au coeur de la nature.
Le canapé-lit est pratique si on est + que 2, mais pas ultra confortable ;)

Je chalet est magnifique et très confortable. Il est vraiment prévu pour les groupes avec des enfants. Toutefois, je trouve que le propriétaire devrait s'arranger avec ses voisins pour le parking, au moins d'un véhicule, proche du chalet. Nous avons dû nous parquer au parking du village à 15 minutes à pied et négocier avec les voisins pour pouvoir garder une voiture proche du chalet. Les voisins nous ont expliqué que c'est une problème qu'ils ont depuis de nombreuses années avec les locataires de ce chalet. Je trouve que pour le prix que nous payons pour la location, une place de parking n'est pas un luxe. Au minimum cela devrait être indiqué clairement sur la réservation.

Bonjour,
Notre sejour du 25 au 31 decembre 2020 s'est très bien passé !
Cette maisonnette est très confortable, elle est parfaite pour 5 personnes avec 2 salles de bain .
La literie est parfaite pour tout le monde , elle aurait juste besoin de rafraichir les peintures murales de la maison intérieure !
Le gardien qui s'appelle Didier est super compétant et agréable !
Les jardins sont bien entretenus malgré que nous étions dans une période hivernale ...
Je recommande vivement cette location et je vous en remercie !

Our stay from December 25 to 31, 2020 went very well!
This maisonette is very comfortable, it is perfect for 5 people with 2 bathrooms.
The bedding is perfect for everyone, it just needs to freshen up the interior house walls.
The caretaker called Didier is super efficient and pleasant!
The gardens are well maintained despite the fact that we were in a winter period ...

Misleading pictures of the home. The advertised pictures are not of the home. The actual home, while not modern, was clean and accommodating. The correct address was not provided on contract nor shared by EasyReserve upon inquiry.
Home is still owner occupied due to owner having personal items throughout the home (closets and garage). Pool is neither solar nor electric heated as advertised.
Owner resides out of the country and renter is responsible for currency conversion for payment. This information is not shared on site nor contract. Key holder is immediate next door neighbor.

[counter comment from the owner] owner agency just wanted to add some comments:
the house is not owner occupied but for sure there are always private things in the houses as the owner always also uses the house for himself. Some renters think that it is positive as they also can use these things. The owner has a wheelchair and he needs to have these things in the house, but there is enough space for the renters ofcourse.
The house has a solar system on the roof top- he also explained this to the renters on the spot- but as there was no sunshine in those days, the heating is not that strong. the pool had a temperature of about 25°. owner said as he is the neighbor of this house, that the renters family members were at the house and also used the pool
the currency change had no negative effect to her price/ payment as owner already explained to her at the arrival.
