One point each is deducted for the WiFi, which works exclusively in the kitchen (which incidentally costs 10 euros extra per week and is extremely slow at times) and the consumption costs for electricity and gas. The landlord simply raised the 50 cents per kW/h for electricity specified at the time of booking to 70 cents in the billing, without this having been agreed in advance. Without using the air conditioning or the stove extensively, after a 14-day stay we came to about 70 euros in consumption costs.

Consigliata.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We stayed a week at the end of August in Villa Lorenzo. All went very well. The house is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is very nice even if due to the presence of so many gadflies it sometimes becomes almost impossible to stay in the water. The owners are kind and present people. To our every request they always responded in a timely manner and satisfying every request. Recommended.

wonderful villa! very spacious and well equipped. 5 min walk to the town And railway station (didn't hear the trains once) direct to Florence and Rome.
Town has loads of restaurants, bars and 4 supermarkets to choose from.
Villa was spotless, as were the pool and gardens. owner and family were amazing, very welcoming and friendly - went our their way to settle us in, but not intrusive. we are booking again next year as also a great base for exploring sienna and surrounding towns and cities.
Pictures show a great villa with private pool - but do not do it justice !!
Highly recommended.
