Schöne, schattige (z.T. etwas viel Feuchtigkeit, so dass Wäsche klamm war) und sehr geräumige Wohnung - für 2 Leute prima, sogar Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine. Sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch nah an Pitigliano und Savona und den vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Jedes Häuschen hat seinen eigenen Sitzbereich - angenehme Privatsphäre. Superschön ist der Poolbereich! It was a pleasure to stay in Collinella. It was a very clean Apartment. The staff were very friendly and it was in the center of tuscany. You can see the best places inbetween one hour. You have a children pool and an extra big pool. It is also possible to take your dog with you. Very nice place to stay for family and Friends.

Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Die Zufahrt zu diesem ist aber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr steile Kurven vorhanden sind. Das Haus ist alt, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist als sehr einfach zu bewerten. Der Vermieter gibt sich sehr viel Mühe um dem Gast den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Poolreinigung wird alle 3 Tage vorgenommen. Was uns am Pool negativ aufgefallen ist, dass keine Treppe oder Leiter vorhanden ist, deshalb das herauskommen sehr schwer fällt für kranke oder ältere Leute.
Wir haben uns vorsorglich ein Sonnensegel mitgenommen, weil wir sahen, dass kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist. Dies war die richtige Entscheidung um der prallen Sonne zu entgehen. Ansonsten ein sehr ruhig gelegener Ort zum Entspannen. Der Zugang zum Obergeschoss ist über eine Treppe, die sehr steil ist, möglich. Oben befindet sich dann ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad.

Abbiamo passato, con la mia famiglia e due grandi cani, una settimana di agosto in tranquillità e rilassamento nella splendida Villa Leo godendoci il giardino con la piscina ben tenuta e fortunatamente un clima giusto per una vacanza. La casa è ben accessoriata con mobilio ed accessori praticamente nuovi vicinissimi ad Arezzo ma lontani da qualsiasi caos. Consiglio a chi cerca privacy e tranquillità.”

Tolle Wohnung in überragender, ruhiger Lage. Der Pool ist auch sehr ansprechend & sauber. Großer Bonus ist auch der private Parkplatz mit dem privatem Strandzugang, spart eine Menge Zeit wegen der entfallenden Parkplatzsuche. Wer also einen ruhigen & entspannten Urlaub abseits des Trubels sucht ist hier absolut bestens aufgehoben.

Charming house and area, in the middle of the vineyards. The pool is the main asset of this property, it is really a great one! We were two families with small children and could « live » separately during the nights (2 apartments) while living together in the day. Very convenient not to disturb each other.
Only improvement that we raised to the owner is the lack of a fridge on ground level but he is planning to arrange that shortly. Massimo is really a nice owner, here to help/assist when needed and he speaks very well French.
Watch out for the mosquitos! In the yards with the pool nearby, we got quite a few bites!
