Immer wieder. Wunderschöne gepflegte Anlage. Die Vermieter haben sich um alles gekümmert ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Super nette Menschen. Das Toskanische Menü, zubereitet von den Hausbesitzern, war exzellent und sehr reichlich zu einem erstaunlich günstigen Preis. War mit ein Highlight des Urlaubs. Rundum haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Nochmals vielen, vielen Dank an Familie Morando. Ich denke wir sehen uns wieder.

Villa Margharita with its surroundings are amazing. It is comfortably equipped and people find everything they need for vacation there.
The large pool with sun beds provides a pleasant place to relax, from which there is an incredible view of beautiful hills around, breathtaking views of the landscape and the sunset.
But also it is the Pareti family, living in the close villa, who gives the place it's charm beauty. They all are very helpful, generous and really nice. They make you feel welcomed in their restaurant, where you can taste so delicious Italian dinner - I so recommend it. There was no problem with anything even though their communication was from 99% in Italian, but at least one learns some new Italian words :)
For sure, we'll come back again.

Fabulous location. Many of Tuscany’s main tourist attractions were within easy reach of the property. The pool was fabulous and we had it all to ourselves, the property was basic but fulfilled our needs. Mrs Barontini was helpful, kind and on hand to offer help but she wasn’t overbearing. I would highly recommend - we had a wonderful holiday.

We had a really wonderful time at Villa La Fragola and the outside was absolutely beautiful. The pool area has been done to a really high standard and the outdoor shower area is a really nice extra. The owner was very nice and addressed issues (a broken fridge, issue with the pool etc) very quickly and effectively. The only downside of the property was the cleanliness as we felt the standard wasn’t high enough considering the additional cleaning fee we were expected to pay (€100). The bathrooms could do with a bit of a facelift too and whilst the inclusion of towels was good, they were no bigger than a hand towel so bigger towels would be greatly appreciated.
The bunk beds felt a little unsafe. So much so that we wouldn’t let our 6 year old sleep on the top bunk so he had to sleep on the bottom with our three year old. If an additional bar was added, it would be much better as a small child could easily roll through the existing one.
If the cleanliness was addressed, we would be really interested in returning each year. It’s a wonderful place to spend time as a family and explore the local areas. We loved Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza specifically although a car is needed for ease of access.

La estancia en la villa fue muy agradable. Disfrutamos mucho durante la semana que estuvimos alojados.
El entorno exterior de la casa es increíble y en todo momento muy cuidado!! Es una casa para no salir de ella!!

Bei der Entscheidung zur Buchung erhielten wir vom Veranstalter zügig Rückmeldung.
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, kleines Kind und Hund.
Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Wir waren von den anderen Gästen im eigenen Aussenbereich komplett ungestört.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr groß, die Bäder ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Alles ist sehr stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Obwohl es keine Klimaanlage gibt, war es bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur angenehm zu schlafen.
In der Mitte der Woche gab es neue Hand- und Geschirrtücher und Tischdecke!
Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet u.a. mit Espressokanne, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich, es stehen dort drei extra Liegestühle zur Verfügung.
Der Vermieter ist täglich für einige Stunden vor Ort und sehr hilfsbereit.
Wir würden gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.
