Die Lage ist sagenhaft, allerdings ist der Zustand der Anlage nicht gut. Gut sind die neuen Elektrogeräte in der Küche und die Waschmaschine. Nicht gut sind die elektrischen Installationen, die Gebrauchsanleitung welche absolut veraltet ist, keine Pool Reinigung in 10 Tagen, Fernbedienungen der Klimaanlagen haben nicht funktioniert da Batterien leer. Man hat klar gemerkt, dass niemand eine Endkontrolle vor der Übergabe gemacht hat. Absolut unakzeptabel war der Zustand der Zimmers im Untergeschoss. Es rocht recht muffelig, schon in der ersten Nacht war der Abfluss des WC verstopft und es dauerte 2 Tage bis es repariert war. Die Handwerker waren alle sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer kann aber keinesfalls als vollwertiges Zimmer gesehen werden, somit ist das Haus für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Die Helpline war in der zweiten Woche überlastet und ich musste immer eskalieren um Gehör zu bekommen.

Wonderful Tuscany property - highly recommend! My family of 4 just spent 3 days here in and the property, the pool, & surrounding views were fantastic. The short walk to the gem of Monteriggioni, easy 30 minute drives to Siena and San Gimignano and an easy 10 min walk to a couple nice restaurants made this the perfect spot. The owners were very easy to work with and everything was as advertised. A Coop store was an easy 6-7 min drive .

Appartement agréable et très bien situé. La climatisation est appréciable .
Il faut savoir que le stationnement n'est pas facile dans le quartier et encore nous n'y étions pas en pleine saison estivale !Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

fantastisch uitzicht! het was netjes en schoon bij aankomst. onder de Catalpa boom in de tuin heerlijk in de schaduw gelegen!
