Lake Marion
This loop trail is just 1.1km long and only takes 20 minutes to complete but is a nice spot to stroll, especially with kids. Taking in the lake, flowery alleys, coastal views, plenty of birds, an old reconverted railway track, and a playground, it is a pleasant place to stretch your legs and an easy way to get just a little taste of walking in nature while on holiday in Biarritz.
Phare de Biarritz - Plage de la Côte des Basques
4.3km long, this trail takes you right along the coastline of the town and takes in the most iconic landmarks of Biarritz including its gorgeous rock formations and cliffs, the lighthouse, and the beautiful Côte des Basques beach. An easy route that is popular among runners and walkers (with or without their dogs), it takes about an hour and ten minutes point to point (so double this if you have to walk both there and back).
