The main level welcomes you with an open-plan living and dining area centred around an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat screen television, as well as a radio for additional entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-oven, a gas stove with 3 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a bar area and a wood-burning stove, adding warmth and character to the space. From the main level, a direct exit leads out to the patio. The 1 bedroom is furnished with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. On the lower ground floor, accessible via a steep staircase, you will find the bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and WC. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
