Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only. Water, gas and electricity are included. Please, be responsible with the air conditioning/heat consumption. Rental includes up to 100kwh per week (one hour of air conditioning consumes approximately 3 kwh) Electricity consumption exceeding 100kwh per week will be charged at 0.20EUR/kwh. Reservations for more than 30 days will have a deposit of € 800.00 and do not include the cost of electricity, water or gas. Taking place on the 28th of December each year, it sees residents of the town dress in military garb, separate into two teams, and throw flour, eggs, and fire extinguisher dust at each other.
