The spacious living and dining area features a panoramic window, a flat-screen satellite TV, and a hi-fi system, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The open kitchen is fully equipped and also provides access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. A separate shower/WC, an additional separate WC, and a double hand-basin are also available in a dedicated area of the property.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from an en-suite shower/WC with a double hand-basin. The second bedroom features 1 double bed of the same dimensions — 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length — and offers direct access to the swimming pool. The third bedroom is appointed with 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), an en-suite bath/WC, and a hand-basin, and also opens directly onto the swimming pool. The fourth bedroom includes 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a hand-basin, and an en-suite shower/WC, with direct access to the swimming pool as well.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
