In the district of Monte Almúnia, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), area with little traffic, 10 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, 01.01.-31.12.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. In the house: sauna, in summer, use of sauna is included, in winter, use of sauna is included. Steep motor access. Parking on the premises.
