This spacious, gorgeous, and very Spanish-style villa boasts a private pool and panoramic sea views. Located in the district of Castellans, in the resort town of Xàbia along the beloved Costa Blanca. It is just 3.8km away from the pristine beaches for which Xàbia is known and, with the historic town’s pretty streets, incredible restaurants, and lovely surrounding scenery unfolding below the villa, it is a truly remarkable location for an absolutely stunning property.
Spread out over two storeys, the villa is comprised of a large, double-height open-plan living/dining room, opening into the pretty and cheerful kitchen with all necessary mod-cons set within a room of marble counters and a big Belfast sink, a separate pantry, and a large sun room built into the arcaded porch of the villa and with massive glass windows overlooking the pool and views. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms round out the villa, allowing up to eight guests to stay at the property.
In addition to these bright, airy, and spacious interiors featuring chic styling and an incredible attention to detail, there is air-conditioning and WIFI throughout, a washing machine and dryer, and parking on site for multiple vehicles. Furthermore, many exits lead directly out into the incredible manicured gardens or the balconies, to the amazing private pool, to the terraces with outdoor stylish furnishings, to the large bar and barbecue area, and more. Available from €437 per night with much of July and August still free, this stunning property is the perfect place to get away from it all in style.

2. Roca Del Mar, Maspalomas, Gran Canaria
More compact and less chic and cool but very pretty and charming in its own right, with direct views right over the sea, Roca Del Mar is another gem that still has availability for the summer. Highly quaint, with lots of wood and rich tones used throughout, this villa has character to spare and a dream location. Located on the island of Gran Canaria, right in the centre of Playa del Águila in Maspalomas, it is just 200m from the beach that is clearly visible from the villa and gardens and just across the road. In a quiet neighbourhood, it is ideal for families or those looking for a peaceful retreat.
The villa itself is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom property that can sleep up to six adults plus two children. Expect cosy and welcoming interiors that are warm and full of personality and that are all arranged around a central tiled courtyard with plants, a desk, and lots of natural light. Framing this central space is the somewhat labyrinthine warren of inviting rooms including a cosy living room that opens out onto the garden and sea views, the dining room, the pretty little kitchen full of mod-cons, the three double bedrooms (all with flatscreen televisions), the children’s room with bunk beds, and the three bathrooms. Air-conditioning and WIFI are available throughout and there is a washing machine and dryer.
Outside, there is the fenced in and pretty little garden, with plenty of flowers, a dining area under the porch overlooking the sea, a small lawn with sun loungers, and a unique-shaped and fenced-in shared pool also overlooking the sea on the patio. Available for all of July and much of August, it can be yours from just €359 per night.

3. Olidais, Benissa, Costa Blanca
Heading back to the Costa Blanca, we have another gem set in pretty and leafy grounds with endless charm, Olidais. This villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and can sleep up to six guests and is a bit of a boho retreat. Located 3km from the centre of Moraia and 6km from the centre of Benissa, it is in a quiet and peaceful spot with lush surroundings, about 1.5km from the sea and 1km from various shops, restaurants, and more. The spacious grounds and large pool offer ample opportunities to relax and unwind and the bright and charming interiors are inviting and perfect for leaving daily life far behind.
At this villa, you can expect high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, bright and light-filled rooms, an eclectic but chic mix of styles, and lots of thoughtful touches. There is a large and semi-circular living room with lots of windows taking in the pool and greenery outside, a big and plush sectional sofa, and a fireplace; an open-plan kitchen/dining room with direct access out to a dining area on the terrace for bringing meals al fresco easily; the sleek and chic kitchen with all of the mod-cons you could need including a dishwasher and washing machine; a double bedroom with a sitting area and direct exit out onto the terrace and to the pool; another double bedroom with a shower in the room itself; and a third double bedroom with a smaller sitting area and direct exit outside. The three bathrooms are bight and inviting spaces. Note: one of the bedrooms is located in an adjacent and lovely guesthouse just by the main building with its own entry.
Outside, in those lush gardens there are ample sitting areas, including a large dining area under the porch and another under a little roofed area to the side of the pool as well as bistro sets, chairs, and other furnishings dotted throughout the grounds, and a spiral stairs on the exterior of the house up to the balcony/terrace (with sea views) on top of the sitting room. Available from just €195, dates remain for much of July and two weeks in August.

4. Bellevue, Peñíscola, Costa Del Azahar
As the name might suggest, Bellevue may be the property on this list with the most impressive views. Taking in sweeping panoramas over the Costa Del Azahar and the town of Peñíscola below, 1.6km away, and the nearest beaches the same distance away, the terraced garden and villa of Bellevue ensure that you can wake up, go to sleep, and spend your days enjoying the beauty of this part of the world throughout your vacation. The steep lane up to the property and its removed location won’t suit everyone but for those looking to really get away from it all, it is an ideal getaway destination.
Built in 2000 but renovated just this year, Bellevue is spread across three floors and is made up of a spacious living/dining room with a fireplace, flatscreen television, sectional sofa, many doors out into the garden, and a larger doorway in front of the dining table that directly opens to those astounding views and a terrace for al fresco meals. The kitchen is also spacious; with a dining table for four, lots of counter space, another door leading outside, and all of the mod-cons necessary, including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms, three double bedrooms, a room with a double bed and a single bed, and a single bedroom, making the house suitable for up to eight adults plus two children. In addition, WIFI and air-conditioning is available throughout and there is a washing machine on the property as well as parking for up to three vehicles.
Of course, the real star of the show here is the outdoor spaces: the private pool with sun loungers around it and amazing views, the various terraces and balconies and spots to dine or sit out in the garden, the barbecue area, and more. Available from €439 per night, with all but week free in July and all of August free.
