On the ground floor, the living and dining area is a welcoming space centered around an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen satellite TV, and it includes a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and directly accessible from the living area. A shower room complete with a bidet and WC is also located on this floor. Direct access to the garden and to one of the 2 covered terraces is available from the ground floor. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and benefits from air conditioning, along with a private exit to the terrace. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
