Ideally located between Porto-Vecchio village and harbour. The Palazzu is composed of 2 buildings : 'Le Bastion' lower building and 'Le Château' upper building new residence "Palazzu", built in 2016.

House Equipment: fitness room, air conditioning.

Access & Parking: parking by the house. All-season motor access to the house. Natural street, steep street. Situation: on the outskirts of Porto-Vecchio, elevated position on a slope. View from the apartment of the resort.

Surroundings of the house: swimming pool (shared use, length 21 m x width 8 m, open from 01.06. untill 30 .09.).

Facilities and distances: shop 1 km, grocers 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, sandy beach 8 km, golf course 6 km, tennis 2 km, riding stables 3 km. Please note, nearby is an ein airport/airfield in 21 km. New residence built in 2016. Public areas and surroundings are currently under development. Please note : no lift. The swimming pool is situated at a lower level than the residence entrance, down the building.
