A fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into the ground floor layout, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a first bedroom furnished with a double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, as well as a shower room with WC. On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms complete the sleeping configuration.
