On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining area furnished with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, perfect for additional guests. This space flows into a fully equipped open kitchen featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level for added convenience.
On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower room with WC. On the top floor, the second bedroom features sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 175 to 230 cm and is furnished with 2 beds: a single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This room is also served by its own shower room with WC.
