In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Bel appartement, calme avec une grande superficie, bien équipé et plutôt bien situé.
Salle de bain spacieuse.
Quelques bémols : chasse d'eau qui dysfonctionne et malgré un passage du plombier dès notre arrivée, pas de réparation faite.
Un volet et une fenêtre qui ne s'ouvrent pas, ce qui enlève de la luminosité.
Pas de parking dans la résidence mais à 5 minutes à pied (en soi ce n'est pas dérangeant au quotidien mais pour charger et décharger les bagages, ça l'est un peu plus).

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful, quiet apartment with a large surface area, well-equipped, and a rather good location.
Spacious bathroom.
A few drawbacks: the toilet doesn't flush properly, and despite a plumber's visit upon our arrival, it hasn't been repaired.
A shutter and a window don't open, which reduces the light.
No parking in the building, but it's a 5-minute walk away (this isn't a problem in everyday life, but it's a bit more so when loading and unloading luggage).
