- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The house is very big, with a stunning view. The swimming pool is amazing. There are three big rooms, two are really beautiful, with big windows, the third, under the roof is smaller and with a very small window, so there is no view. The kitchen has the most things you need during a holiday, but it's rather small. It was very hot when we were there, 30 tot 35 degrees. Since there was no airconditioning, we had to close all doors, windows and all the roller shutters, by day, but still then, it was very, very hot during night, making it difficult to sleep. Airconditioning would really be an added value for this house! Wifi was poor.
