The open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and flows naturally from the main living space. The property includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower with WC. A large private terrace with south-facing and west-facing orientations extends the living space outdoors, offering a panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, and is furnished with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a dedicated sitting area.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
