Also on this level, 1 bedroom features 2 single beds of 90 cm each and is equipped with a shower room, with direct access to the terrace as well. A separate WC and a fully open kitchen complete the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms are available, each furnished with a French bed of 160 cm. One of these bedrooms benefits from access to a private terrace, while a full bathroom serves this floor. A second separate WC is also located on the upper level.

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen on the ground floor features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine.
