The remaining 2 double bedrooms, each also featuring sloping ceilings, are both fitted with a hand-basin and offer their own access to the balcony. The kitchen, equally characterized by sloping ceilings, is fully equipped and includes a dining table, providing an additional space for meals. The 3 bathroom facilities are distributed as follows: a shower room, a shower with WC, and a separate WC. Flooring throughout the apartment consists of carpet, and the furnished balcony of 10 m2 offers a beautiful view of the mountains.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
