"Elisabeth" is a charming 4-room vacation rental apartment of 90 m2, situated on the 2nd floor and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment features characteristic sloping ceilings throughout, lending it a warm and inviting alpine atmosphere. The living room, also with sloping ceilings, is furnished practically and includes a dining table, making it a comfortable space for relaxing and gathering. 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings is equipped with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and benefits from a private shower and WC, as well as direct access to the balcony. The remaining 2 double bedrooms, each also featuring sloping ceilings, are both fitted with a hand-basin and offer their own access to the balcony. The kitchen, equally characterized by sloping ceilings, is fully equipped and includes a dining table, providing an additional space for meals. The 3 bathroom facilities are distributed as follows: a shower room, a shower with WC, and a separate WC. Flooring throughout the apartment consists of carpet, and the furnished balcony of 10 m2 offers a beautiful view of the mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
