The third bedroom is a double bedroom complete with a hand-basin and a shower/WC, also offering access to the balcony. The fourth room is configured with 1 bed, 1 sofabed, and 1 double bed, along with a hand-basin and a balcony exit, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The apartment also includes a spacious kitchen and living room featuring a dining nook, as well as a separate bath/shower and a separate WC. Throughout the apartment, carpet flooring adds a warm and comfortable feel, and the balcony is furnished for outdoor relaxation with beautiful views of the mountains.

Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
