"Elisabeth" is a 5-room vacation rental apartment of 100 m2, situated on the 1st floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is a double bedroom featuring a hand-basin and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is equally appointed as a double bedroom with a hand-basin and its own exit to the balcony. The third bedroom is a double bedroom complete with a hand-basin and a shower/WC, also offering access to the balcony. The fourth room is configured with 1 bed, 1 sofabed, and 1 double bed, along with a hand-basin and a balcony exit, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The apartment also includes a spacious kitchen and living room featuring a dining nook, as well as a separate bath/shower and a separate WC. Throughout the apartment, carpet flooring adds a warm and comfortable feel, and the balcony is furnished for outdoor relaxation with beautiful views of the mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
