The first of the double bedrooms on this level includes a shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. A second double bedroom on this floor features a hand-basin. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes a dining table and also leads out to the terrace. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.
On the upper floor, you will discover 4 additional rooms. 2 double bedrooms, each fitted with a hand-basin, open onto the balcony. A further room on this level is configured with 1 single bed, 1 sofabed, and 1 double bed, also featuring a hand-basin and balcony access. The remaining upper floor bedroom is a double room with a hand-basin and a private shower and WC, likewise opening onto the balcony. A kitchen and living room on this floor is equipped with a dining table and satellite TV. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC serve the upper floor. Carpet flooring is present throughout, and the property benefits from beautiful views of the mountains. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated sections of the property.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
