"Elisabeth" is a spacious 9-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, offering approximately 200 m2 of living space and accommodating a maximum of 16 guests across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The apartment is thoughtfully arranged to provide generous and comfortable spaces on both floors, with access to outdoor areas throughout.

On the ground floor, you will find a living and sleeping room featuring 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV. A separate living and dining room also equipped with satellite TV opens directly onto the terrace. The first of the double bedrooms on this level includes a shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. A second double bedroom on this floor features a hand-basin. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes a dining table and also leads out to the terrace. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities.

On the upper floor, you will discover 4 additional rooms. 2 double bedrooms, each fitted with a hand-basin, open onto the balcony. A further room on this level is configured with 1 single bed, 1 sofabed, and 1 double bed, also featuring a hand-basin and balcony access. The remaining upper floor bedroom is a double room with a hand-basin and a private shower and WC, likewise opening onto the balcony. A kitchen and living room on this floor is equipped with a dining table and satellite TV. A bathroom with bath and shower and a separate WC serve the upper floor. Carpet flooring is present throughout, and the property benefits from beautiful views of the mountains. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated sections of the property.

Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
