The ground floor is further completed by an open kitchen outfitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, a second living and dining room with charming sloping ceilings and satellite TV awaits you, alongside an additional open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The upper floor also hosts 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings and 1 french bed of 160 cm, with access to a private terrace, as well as a bath and WC.
