The second bedroom is appointed with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also accompanied by its own shower and WC. The apartment further includes a well-equipped kitchen fitted with 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table that makes for a comfortable space to enjoy meals. The property benefits from a private entrance and offers a pleasant view of the sea.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
